Return Policy

THE LYONS DEN RETURN POLICY:

Please look over your product upon receiving.

Refunds will only be given on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the shop. If there are factory or store defaults I will work with you to solve the issue. TLD is not responsible for paying shipping on any returns.  

In the event of a return, you will be issued a store credit that can be used on anything within The Lyons Den Shop. We will not issue any refunds. All return requests must be  received within 7 days. This means 7 days from the date of pick up; shipped items will be 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Anything purchased at a discounted rate and/or custom orders are all FINAL SALES and NOT eligible for return. 

Only unwashed and unworn items can be returned. 

Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
